ReplyDeleteRelocation is hard on friendships and finances. Recently I spent five months sleeping on an air-mattress in my friends living room while looking for work out in Denver. It worked out and I love Colorado, but it was not easy.
One helpful thing that you may already know about: if you are out of work for any reason, you can put your student loans on deferment for as long as you need. Interest continues to build up on the loans, but you don't have to make any payments. It was a lifesaver for me.
